dear forum , this 45 year old came to me 4 weeks after radial head excision after comminuted fracture with painful left wrist. elbow rom 0-0-130, no pain over membrana interossea. thank you for any help.
provided that i would do ulnar shortening and reconstruction of the interosseous ligament is radial head prosthesis neccessary ?
can anyone provide some tips with reconstruction of the interosseous ligament?
right now i am reading chapter written by Dr.Osterman on this topic in the book edited by dr.Slutsky /Principles and Practice of wrist surgery/.
